Provide comprehensive support to financial advisors by ensuring seamless operations, strict adherence to compliance standards, and exceptional client service. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting advisors with daily transactions while maintaining compliance with all regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for clients and fostering long-term relationship development.
  • Coordinating and assisting with seminars, client events, appointment scheduling, and other business development activities.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized client and advisor files, and preparing professional correspondence and documentation.
